By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:
➤ What I will draw: humanoids, anthro characters, feral characters, suggestive themes, injury, body horror, simple scenes and backgrounds.
➤ What I will not draw: Gratuitous NSFW content (including 'sfw' depictions of fetish or kink content), gore, depictions of hateful idealogy and prejudice, complicated mechas, complex scenes.
➤ Please provide visual references. Any additional details (ie: expression, pose, interactions if applicable) may be added either via text or reference photos.
➤ Payment will be processed after a sketch is completed and approved.
➤ WIPs will be provided when asked, when possible. I will also reach out to you with WIPs to clarify anything I'm unsure of if needed.
➤ While I try to be prompt, the time for your commission to be completed may take up to a month depending on many factors, including: health, commission queue, complexity, work, and school. Should any of the listed factors affect my turnaround time, you will be notified.
➤ After a commission is finished, I will only make small edits to the final version if requested (ie: missed details, colouring mistakes, etc). If unsure about what counts as a small edit, feel free to ask!
➤ I retain the right to decline or cancel a commission; should I choose to issue a cancellation while artwork is still in progress, you will be refunded 75% of the total cost of the commission.
➤ If money has not yet been sent, then the commisioner has the right to cancel a commission; otherwise, no cancellations or refunds may be issued.
➤ I, the artist, retain all rights to the produced drawing. I may display it on any website of my choosing with credit given to the commissioner. Commissioners who do not want to be named need only let me know so that they may remain anonymous.
➤ Commissioners are only allowed to use artwork for personal use. This entails the ability to use artwork as icons or headers, print artwork for display, reposting on websites such as Toyhouse with credit, use artwork as reference for their character, and make minor alterations (such as adding a colour background to a transparent image). If the commissioner is unclear about any of the stated terms, feel free to ask and I will clarify.
